Casa Ella, Torrevieja (max 4 pers) Casa Ella is a charming holiday apartment in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca South. The apartment is located in a quiet, gated park with a communal swimming pool and is ideal for 2 people who want to enjoy the sun, sea, and relaxation. Living Room & Kitchen The bright living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring the apartment remains pleasant even on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and Nespresso machine, among other things. This ensures you have everything at hand for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there is a luxury sofa bed in the living room, making the apartment suitable for extra guests if needed. Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space. Thanks to the park's quiet location, you can unwind here after a day at the beach or by the pool. Casa Ella is therefore most comfortable for 2 people. Bathroom The bathroom is practically furnished and equipped with a shower/bath, toilet, and sink. Towels and bed linen are provided so you can immediately enjoy your stay. Balcony & Terrace The apartment features a sunny balcony with glass facades, located directly above the park's swimming pool. From here, you have a beautiful view of the pool and the green complex. A lovely spot to have breakfast, relax, or enjoy the Spanish sun. The Park & Pool Casa Ella is situated in a private and well-maintained park with a communal swimming pool centrally located within the complex. Guests can park for free in the enclosed park, ensuring extra convenience and safety during your stay. Surroundings Casa Ella is located in a quiet residential area of Torrevieja, a short distance from various amenities. Casa Noury, Orihuela City (max 5 pers.) Casa Noury is a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in the authentic village of Benferri, situated among the citrus groves of the Southern Costa Blanca. The apartment is located in our villa, on the ground floor, but is fully self-contained and features a private entrance via the garden, directly adjacent to the swimming pool. Right outside lies a tropical garden with a south-facing swimming pool, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day long. With a private entrance, private terrace, and central location, Casa Noury is the ideal place for guests who want to combine peace, nature, and Spanish village life with the beach, cities, and excursions in the region. Living & Comfort Casa Noury was completed in 2025 and is located in a quiet villa neighborhood. The living room is comfortably furnished with a seating area, smart TV, and a dining table for up to 6 people. The living room features air conditioning, and all windows are fitted with shutters, making it easy to keep out the heat and sun. Thanks to this layout, the apartment is suitable for up to 5 people. **Bathroom** The bathroom is neatly and practically furnished and equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. We are Nico & Nancy,
the face behind N&N Vastgoedbeheer & Keyholding on the Costa Blanca South.
In 2022, we bought our first gem: Casa Rusty. What started as a renovation project quickly grew into a passion for renovating, furnishing, and renting out holiday apartments in the Alicante region.
In 2023, we completed Casa Ella, and Casa Noury followed in 2025. Both apartments are named after our mothers.
Casa Rusty has since been sold, but is still under our management.
We handle virtually everything ourselves: from renovation and maintenance to key management, guest reception, and cleaning. Thanks to this practical experience, we know exactly what is required to manage a property well and offer guests a pleasant stay.
In early 2026, we moved to Spain to further expand our experience and personal approach. Today, we manage and rent out both our own apartments and properties owned by other owners.
Our personal approach is appreciated by guests, which is also reflected in the many positive reviews on our site.
