In 2022 we, Nico & Nancy, took the step to realize our dream.
After an extensive renovation of Casa Rusty and furnished with love, we look back on a fantastic adventure with a beautiful end result.

But that's not the end of our story. In 2023 we expanded our dream with Casa Ella, an apartment on the same park.

Location
Our cozy apartments in sunny southern Spain offer a relaxing retreat just a 2.5-hour flight from the Netherlands. From Alicante Airport it is a modest 40 minute drive to get here.
Located in a quiet residential area, approximately 4 kilometers from the lively center, the harbor and the attractive boulevard, you will find a comfortable home away from home. In addition to the proximity to local amenities such as charming shops and eateries, there are also several restaurants and entertainment options nearby.
The luxury shopping mall Habaneras and The Pink Lake of Torrevieja are within walking distance.
And don't forget the beaches! They are easily accessible, only 3 kilometers away, so you can quickly enjoy the relaxing beach life.
Apartments
āCasa Rusty and Casa Ella are located on the first floor of an enclosed and beautifully landscaped park. Each apartment offers over 60m2 of comfortable living space. Relax in the attractive, air-conditioned living room and enjoy the peace and quiet in the well-appointed bedroom.
Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with toilet, shower/bath and bidet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso machine. Towels and bed linen are provided, while you stay connected via WiFi.
Entertainment is guaranteed with a television that offers access to 100 international channels and a Chromecast for endless viewing pleasure. Step outside onto the sunny balcony and enjoy the view of the garden with a communal swimming pool, where you can find refreshment on hot days.
Free parking is possible at the park in the designated places, so that you can enjoy your stay without any worries.

Bedroom
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a beautifully made double bed, which previous guests have written enthusiastically about in our wonderful reviews! The bed guarantees a wonderful night's sleep, because sleeping comfort is our top priority.
In addition, you will find a spacious built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, complete with sufficient clothes hangers and a wide lying board for your convenience.
During warm nights, the ceiling fan with remote control provides optimal cooling, so that you can sleep in peace and comfort. And for extra privacy and a good night's sleep, all windows are equipped with shutters.
Your sleeping experience is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, from the moment you enter the bedroom to the moment you wake up rested and refreshed.
The swimming pool
The well-maintained and clean swimming pool is the radiant center of the park. Surrounded by a lush hedge and secured with a sturdy fence, the pool area exudes an inviting atmosphere. A refreshing outdoor shower is ready for use, and the adjacent lawn invites you to relax. At the entrance of the apartment there are two comfortable sunbeds, especially for guests who want to enjoy the pool.
To gain access to the swimming pool, you will receive a pass upon arrival that allows your entrance.

Tourist Info
When you're on holiday you don't want to be bored, and you don't have to. There is so much to do in and around Torrevieja! You can choose from several water and amusement parks, visit different museums and markets or play golf! something for everyone!
Beaches
The province of Alicante has 218 km of coastline, consisting of some of the most beautiful beaches and coves imaginable. The region receives the highest number of blue flags every year due to the good quality of the water, the sand and the wide range of facilities.
Golf

Alicante is a popular destination for golfers because of its beautiful courses, delicious food and beautiful weather. There are 14 golf clubs near Alicante.
Shop
You can also enjoy shopping in Torrevieja. This can be done, for example, on the boulevard or at the weekly markets full of colorful stalls and racks or in several shopping centers.
The salt lakes of Torrevieja
There are two different salt lakes that you can visit: 'Laguna Salada de la Mata' and 'Laguna Salada de Torrevieja'.
Both are located a relatively short distance from each other and are located in the Las Salinas Natural Park.

JardĆn de las Naciones
The JardĆn de las Naciones in Torrevieja is a spacious green area of almost 40,000 square meters with a scale model of Europe, a playground, water features, bridges, and various birds such as ducks and peacocks that contribute to the park's serenity.
Torre del Moro
The Torre del Moro is highly recommended to visit. It is a historical heirloom from the 14th century, used at the time to defend the Mediterranean coast against pirate attacks. You will find the tower in Cabo Cervera, one of the highest points in Torrevieja.
